Included Service Due, but not due.

Got an email saying my Oct. 2025 4R ORP was due for service, the included free service from Toyota. I called the dealer and they said it's not due, I'm only at 2700 miles. She said I could bring it in, but it would start my free service package from Toyota.

So what does that mean? The email says the free service program started when I bought it Oct 2025 and ends Oct 2027. So is it based on time or a certain number of free oils changes? Cause if it's time based I should just go and get a free oil change, right?

its 2 years or 20,000 miles at my dealership whichever comes first. 2 free oil changes in that period. I used my first at 3,000 and ill be using my second at 10,000 just to get them out of the way
