I can’t fold down the rear passenger-side seat.

When I pull the handle, it feels intact but the seat is stuck in the upright position and won’t unlatch. The rear seat on the driver’s side folds down normally.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

I may not be understanding right but,

You have to fold the top half down to make the seat release to be able to fold it. I noticed if it's in a halfway position it gets stuck and I have to fold the upper part all the way back, then all the way forward and then fold the whole thing all the while pulling the handle.

I have noticed that the seat belt can sometimes stop the seat from folding. Make sure that the seat belt is not interfering with the seat folding.

Stopped at Toyota on my way home today. They suspect the cable detached, need to schedule an appointment so they can take it apart and reattach. They said it happens sometimes.
Just noticed mine is doing the same thing rear driver side works fine, but the rear passenger side won’t fold, recline, or move forward at all.

Were you able to get this fixed?

Just picked up the car from the dealership, they had to order a new handle which is backlogged.
