How to get access to the plastic under the rear side window?

Looking to get access to the plastic under this window. Does anyone have any tips for pulling this panel underneath the window? I want to add some lights and run wire to it, so if I can have access to it, it would be helpful. Thanks.

I found some videos on the plastic trim but nothing that I have seen for that specific panel.

it has all the details on removal and installation of rh panel,
lh will be almost identical

it is called DECK TRIM SIDE PANEL ASSEMBLY
there is far more info and specific steps than
I can paste here. that Molle panel install guide
is pretty good too
