Help with factory crossbars measurement - Will my rooftop cargo box fit?

Hi all, I'm looking for help from anyone that has the factory crossbars. How many inches of clearance are there from the roof to the top of the crossbars? I'm specifically trying to understand if my Yakima skybox will work with the factory crossbars. Is there enough space for the attachment clamps under the box or will the clamps hit/damage the vehicle roof? Thanks!

Not a skybox but here is my Yakima Mega Load Warrior basket. I just did a test fit to make sure I had clearance for the rear hatch and that the crossbars were spaced correctly.

I had to move my crossbars to one closer position and then they were perfect, I have a Thule and lots of room for clamps.

Thanks all. I think the factory crossbars would have been perfectly fine but I ended up not getting them just to be sure and will be getting a Yakima set instead. The factory ones look like they are good crossbars though (unlike some other manufacturers).
