I have a 2025 SR5 with the third row seat gas model. Having the third row seat makes the seats lay flatter than the two row models. I’m curious if anyone has used HELE for my model and if the adjustable legs are able to compensate enough so that I can sleep laying flat. I emailed the manufacturer but have not heard back yet.

Not sure if this is helpful but I measured the legs for you. The ones on top are the front legs which are the longest. The ones on bottom are the legs for the middle and rear (same length).

Front legs at their shortest and middle/rear legs at their longest

We have a two row gas 4Runner, which slopes down a bit between the flat cargo area floor and the rear seats. The middle legs barely touch because of the slope. I put a blanket in there to fill up the space. We adjust the front legs just high enough to support the frame while it rests on the back of the folded rear seats. The middle legs are at max height with the blanket as a shim. The rear legs we adjust as needed to make the platform level.

I think you could measure the space from the top of your folded seats to the floor. If it exceeds 12–12.5" you'd probably need to special order a kit with more of the front length legs. Murray at Hele is very cool and has been responsive in my experience.
