Has anybody tried to mount the DONGAR Pro+ inside the factory camera cover?

Just installed it on Monday for my A329S 2 Channel. Just stuck it to the overhead cover to keep it out of the Texas heat. Been great so far.

Are you trying to use the Dongar with the OEM dashcam?

It's not the OEM dashcam, but here's how I did mine. I wanted to have the ability to switch between modes.

It's not the OEM dashcam, but here's how I did mine. I wanted to have the ability to switch between modes.

This looks like the best way to mount. If you hide it in the housing, how are you going to switch mode?
