My ORP came with the passenger area rubber floor mats, but not the rear cargo area. I got the ones from LasFit as soon as they were available:

I have the hybrid, but they have all versions. You can get the full set, cargo area only, or whatever. They are excellent.
I have very large dogs--most of mine are around 130# (Alaskan Malamutes, Great Pyrenees mix, Leonbergers). I very recently lost my 190# Leonberger. I selected the hybrid version knowing it reduces the cargo space, especially headroom, so it is a little tighter for them...but they manage well! Those floor mats protect the interior but, more importantly to me, give them very non-slip footing.
I also just installed a Twistep:

It really helps them getting in and out of the high back. One tip: it does *not* use a standard hitch pin to hold it into the receiver, but rather a bolt. They do this so it does not wobble, which is great--but also means I could not just use my locking receiver pin. They offer a lock, which they are offering for free right now with the purchase of the Twistep. I was also able to sign up for their newsletter for 10% off, so do that before you order to get the code. You can always unsubscribe right away if you do not want the newsletter, although I have not yet received any at all (which seems surprising!).
