to find this rack & concluded that it's most likely a China-special buy (aka Alibaba). It's low profile enough that doesn't look like what's available in the States. Vehicle is built in Mexico.
The original source for those images traced back to a "company" that sells raffle tickets & modified rigs are their grand prize.
Sorteos California is an online giveaway operation based in Mexico that raffles off modified trucks and sports cars to sell cheap tickets. Winners do get the vehicle or a cash alternative, but drawings are pegged to Mexico's national lottery and get delayed if not enough tickets sell to guarantee them a profit. If you play from outside Mexico, importing a vehicle across the border is a paperwork nightmare, so most people end up stuck taking a reduced cash buyout.
