I know you can hold the 1st and 3rd homelink buttons to clear all garage door codes saved in vehicle, but can you clear only one leaving the rest as is?

Can overwrite it

Reprogramming/Overwriting a Single Button
If you only need to change one code, you do not need to erase the entire memory. You can overwrite an individual button:
  1. Press and hold the specific HomeLink® button you wish to change.
  2. After approximately 20 seconds, the indicator light will start flashing orange.
  3. While still holding the button, follow the standard programming steps to pair it with your new remote

Ok thanks, unfortunately I don’t have access to another transmitter to reprogram it. Oh well.
