how do you all feel about the Meguiers ultimate quick Detailer. Spray?? Buffing out with a nice large micro fiber towel melt me know your thoughts. Thanks

I use Meguires Ultimate Polymer wax and have the touchup for quick removal of dirt between washes. I would not use the Quick Detailer for the primary wax coating. Equally, I am careful to use only a clean cloth or two with the quick detailer. You have to be careful you don't grab the dirt and then scratch it in to the paint. I clean and flip the cloth to polish off or use a new cloth.

Having tried Chemical Guys new line of Ceramic products, I went back to wax due to very poor performance of the Chemical Guys stuff.

Thanks Appreciate it. I just tried for first time after a good hand wash day before. Wasnt really dirty But just wanting to shine up and i had noticed some water spots from the wash. Used new cloth then separate clean one to dry And buff My paint feels like it needs a good wax job (only have 700 miles so idk). I think I’ll just stick to my hand washes and deal with a little dirty in between. Haha. Thanks for the advice. I ill be trying the meguiers wax then

I would always wash my car first and then wax it after every 4th wash. Between waxes I would wash it again before using a detailer using a micro fiber cloth. On my new 4Runner I had it ceramic coated the first week of ownership. I also bought a pressure washer and now wash it about every 7 to 10 days, blow dry it with a leaf blower and then wipe it down with a micro fiber cloth. No deed to detail or wax.
