the really sad part, 2 those platinums cost almost as much as the house (if you go by msrp). my blue 4R is my retirement vehicle. it will be paid off by the time i retire (havent decided to jump at 62 or 65 yet. if they piss me off enough im jumping at 62/63)

i was lucky to get the house for 180k, a few years before the flood and house prices skyrocketed.

2500 sqft across 2 floors 3b 2.5 bath and 3 car garage in a circle subdivision (1 entrance in/out)

i told the wife, the only way we are moving is when i am dead. the way interest rates are and everything, i lose coming and going for even trying to downsize or get something better.

but luckily, great subdivision and great neighbors help and no HOA

With you on the not moving, we are in the same boat with 3% loan and timing. Basically renovated the whole house, working on the outside next. Ton of equity and small mortgage.
