Can anyone confirm that Toyota P/N
PT076-60200-02 are the correct lug nuts for a 2026 TRD off road premium. Website says may not fit (bottom of pic)
Or any aftermarket lug nuts?

These are for prior gen. Your screenshot even includes that point.

They are M12x1.5 6th gen 4runner is M14x1.5

Yes. Been on for months (installed February, two tire rotations since then).

Though, heads up, I just remembered that they are 22mm. The original ones were 21mm. Wheel lock is 21mm. I pushed back on dealer and they confirmed those were correct.

I just carry two Koken wheel lug nut sockets, a 22mm and 21mm. Not a big deal for me.
