BGUCAR Driver Side A-Pillar for Tacoma Gen4 Fit for 4Runner Gen6?

Recently BGUCAR released a driver side grab handle for the new Tacoma and I'm curious if this would fit for the 4runner as well? Seeing as majority of the interior is the same upfront? I don't see why it wouldn't fit, but if anyone has more info on this!

Some MODs look the same as the Tacoma but are slightly different. Larger cup holders and a dash mount for Tacoma didn't work for me although they looked exactly the same. Some do work though so it's a buy at your own risk.
