Audio intermittently stops

Hey! I just bought a new 2025 4runner Off Road Premium in end of July. After 3 weeks my audio system would intermittently stop working. I took it to the dealership (of course it was working at the time) and was told it was fixed. It wasn't. Took it back again, they replaced the amplifier after they experienced the issue themselves. Picked it up, still not fixed. Took it in again, this time they replaced the equalizer. Still not working. They said they will replace the head unit next. Anyone else having this issue.

I’ve noticed when listening to Sirius that sometimes it’ll suddenly go quiet. I’ll wait a few minutes then it’s back on. Not sure if this is what you experienced.

I was experiencing channels not loading info while using Sirius. I was working on the interior and was disconnecting battery to prevent possible airbag deployment. Haven’t had the problem since.

My radio froze up 2 weeks after i got it for a trip home from work. Went back out later and it was still frozen then just went black for the whole trip. 3rd time i came it was fine and has been fine for 9000 miles. Sirus cuts out whenever u pass under a bridge or dead zone, too many trees overhead etc

I'm experiencing the same thing. Initially, it was on streaming audio, but not it's even local radio. Hitting the mode, doesn't do anything. It all just locks up for a few seconds, then comes back.
