For those of you who removed the ARB rack, about how long did it take? My 4runner is in the shop bc someone rear ended me, I asked them to go ahead and remove the roof rack while it's in to save me some time but they quoted me 4 hours of labor. That seems high even for an amature like me. I've replaced the rock-rails, installed an air compressor, a roof-top tent (not currently on), and nothing took that long.
