ANC & ESE disabled with Carista app and OBDLink MX+ module.

Turning off ANC got rid of the rumbling for me as well. Definitely feels like a glitch. Toyota really should push a fix, because this issue seems to be popping up more often lately. I’m pretty sure it could be resolved with a firmware update, but who knows. All I know is the annoying rumble is finally gone.

I did it with a Launch X431 about $100 from aliexpress, no subscription, use forever, unlimited vehicles, all makes. Even came with a tpms learner for gm & ford. Link to details in the description.

I disabled the ESE but left the ANC on. Seemed to eliminate the boominess that can happen at certain RPM's with the TRD Pro exhaust. Maybe I'll play around with the ANC one of these days.
