Hello,

I originally installed the 275/70R17 Load C tires, but after multiple Hunter Road Force balances, about 1,000 miles of driving, and ongoing vibrations, I decided to have them removed and replaced with a different size of Wildpeak AT4Ws. This time I went with the 265/70R17 Load SL.

They’re lighter and non-LT, and while the truck does feel smoother overall, I’m still experiencing vibrations between 60–75 mph at certain speeds. During the Road Force balancing, two of the tires measured in the 20s.

Has anyone else had issues with the quality of these Wildpeaks or difficulty getting them properly balanced?

Thank you!

Same wheels between the two tires? I'd be curious if one of the wheels itself isn't slightly bent. We typically don't have any issues with the Falken Wildpeaks.

All factory wheels with less than 1.500 miles. Factory tires were like glass. Apparently the quality and runout specs on the Falken are so-so. They worked them again with balancing this morning. I will see later how they are. I would not recommend the Falkens based on the some of the balancing numbers I have seen on perfect rims.
