it’s an ice cap 4runner ORP hybrid going to Longo Toyota in El Monte CA. Was told by my dealer that it should arrive at the on 6/30.

So, since it does not appear in the sold spreadsheet, it must have disappeared from the Toyota search inventory website before April 8 as that is when I added the sold files functionality. So I think you going to have to ask your dealer.

Hello everyone, future first time 4Runner owner hopefully soon. I’m using this spreadsheet and sorting by the options I’m hoping to get on the vehicle. I tried searching for what some of the terms mean. If a vehicle is showing its “Hold Status” as “DealerHold” does that mean someone has a deposit placed on it? Or is a deposit on a vehicle if it’s marked “TRUE” under the Pre-Sold column? Guessing a dealer can have it on a “DealerHold” for various reasons. Thanks in advance for any info!

See the Readme.txt file for descriptions of those fields. A Pre Sold = True usually means the car Sale is pending/considered sold for all practical purposes, or promised to a specific person, and not available although the Hold Status might appear as Available sometimes. So when looking for a vehicles generally look for Pre Sold = False, and then Hold Status in the order of Blank, Available, then lastly Dealer Hold.

It generally means the dealer considers it sold and does not want to show it in inventory. However, your vehicle may be caught up in this QC hold thing that has been discussed in this thread. When did you last see it on the spreadsheet? (or private message me the VIN).

It was last on the allocations sheet on Saturday. My dealer texted me Saturday morning that it was on the truck from KC to STL and it could be delivered that day. Obviously, it wasn't and they were closed on Sunday. No word from my dealer this morning about a delivery either. Delivery ETA was 7/12-7/16 the last time I saw it on the spreadsheet

Yeah, they consider it sold and removed it so they don't get calls on it from people.

Interesting that they are still showing it on their website. Does it show Sale Pending on their website? Also if you do a search at https://www.toyota.com/search-inventory/ using the zip code of that dealer does it show up there?
