There's a video. I haven't seen it. But I'm pretty sure it does. And even on the website. It says drilling is required. Between the two, I definitely like the look of the prinsu better. Just don't know how I feel about drilling a hole.

Mine came with it. The reason why i wanted that bronze wheels. originally, i wanted to black it out. glad i didn't. but now my problem is that I blacked out the logo in the front. I felt like i should have waited and got the bronze one instead. lol
