As far as I can tell, there are no any aftermarket digital rearview mirror setups that use a wireless rear camera? Assuming could be wired into existing power source from the rear door or cargo area. Why not? What am I missing?

Just saw a YouTube that claims Toyota recommends 0w-20 due to fuel economy regulations, but that 5W-30 is recommended in Europe and Australia in warm, hot climates because it's better protection for these high-heat turbo engines. Anyone use 5w-30 in summer and 0W-20 in cold weather months?
