I finally got it, took a lot of force. Be careful not to pull down the bezel that goes around the housing or you will break tabs.

Trying to do my install now, got the old housing off but cannot get the overhead panel off. Pulling from the front with a lot of force and it’s not budging.

Toyota offers two different versions, Door edge guards (metal) and door edge film, both are port or dealer add on's.

Does not come from factory with a ceramic coating. Many dealers upsell a coating package but its not the same ceramic as a true auto detailer will do.

Yes the normal kit will connect that way, but when the car is off, no power will go to camera. But if you use the optional “Sienna” cable it will still receive power and allow for what FitcamX calls “parking mode” so it can still capture after the car is shut off. This just is a cleaner way...

Those are the "Door Panel Scuff Protectors". The door edge guards are the body colored strips on the edge of door. I was thinking about ordering the door edge guards but had only saw they came as 2 so wanted to make sure there wasnt a back set, which sounds like there isnt.

For those of you that have the factory door edge guards, are they just on the front two doors or are they on all 4?

The USB thing is a USB Card reader, you can put the SD card into it and load it to a computer or any other device that connects to USB.
