  1. What do you do for work?

Retired military aviator (Army, Navy, Coast Guard, Royal Air Force). Now a CRNA.
  2. What did you do to your 6th Gen 4Runner today?? šŸ‘ØšŸ»‍šŸ”§ 🧰 šŸ›

ARK Crash Bracket Delete and Front Fender Liner Tuck on TH. Waiting on back orders for bumper, winch and rocker rails so trying to get the TH prepared for upgrades. ARK Crash Bracket Delete cleaned up rear of front wheel well. Super easy with included instructions. Quality product - probably...
  3. What else do you drive? Post your other rides

Absolutely love your 2002. Had a Maroon 2002 in college and it was a so fun to drive - manual and R/P steering. No frills compared to today’s vehicles but just a great drive. I have a 2001 Z3 Coup 3.0 - Cinderella Slipper. Kinda like the old BMWs.

Well the winds do predominantly flow from the south so that certainly could have helped!
  5. Hybrid Real World MPG (iForce Max) - post your model, specs, general driving conditions, results:

TH 2280 miles, started at 16.7, currently 18.9 - 19.1. Mostly highway to and from work @ 70. Using 93 octane and primarily ECO mode. Best I saw was 21.2 coming back from Corpus Christi with a good portion of that on SH 130 @ 85 - still trying to figure that one out…lol.
  6. Big Shell Beach - Padre Island National Sea Shore

Not on this run, but that’s an excellent point and on the list. I’m trying to see how the TH handles different off road environments while I wait for the parts back orders to clear. All the vehicles I take down to the beach end up with an underbody coating.
  7. Big Shell Beach - Padre Island National Sea Shore

Took the TH to the beach to see how she liked playing in the sand. Big Shell Beach is about 50 miles south of Corpus Christi on the national sea shore. Let her run in the loose stuff near the base of the dunes and she ate it up. 4H MTS Sand, 20 PSI.
  8. 2025 4Runner Trailhunter Build - King 2.5 shocks + 35" Baja Boss tires & more

That’s pretty close to what I’m expecting to add with an ADD Stealth and VR EVO 12S. We’ll see how the OME handles it with a Westcott Preload Kit. Again - very nice TH and appreciate the info.
  9. 2025 4Runner Trailhunter Build - King 2.5 shocks + 35" Baja Boss tires & more

That’s an impressive setup, you obviously put a lot of thought and effort into the upgrades. I’m starting mods on my TH with the OTT next weekend while I wait for back orders to fill. How much weight (net) did the CBI and Ironman add to the front? That’s an area of concern I have with my build...
  10. EVEREST Photos 4Runner 6th Gen (2025+)

That’s great to hear! I really like the OME setup. Took it out to Hidden Falls and between that and Crawl Control had no problems at all. I’m kind of expecting a hit on MPG so that’s a wash. Really appreciate the info!

Yeah trying to decide between the KO3’s, A/T4W’s and the Toyo OC AT3’s. Tough decision - they all have pro’s and cons. I’ve run KO’s before and loved them off-road but you’re right about the on-road ride. How is the OME suspension handling the preload collar? Notice any differences?
  12. EVEREST Photos 4Runner 6th Gen (2025+)

Love the setup! I have the Trailhunter in Ice Cap and I’m waiting for the Westcott kit to ship. Sticking with the stock rims -mainly because I really like the look. Tires will be 285/70/r18 like your setup. I know it will fit larger but I’m trying to preserve as much off-road capability without...
  13. What'd you drive before your 6th Gen 4Runner?

Macan GTS. Told my wife it was a sensible small SUV with Off Road Mode and AWD. Fun, very fast but might as well paint a target on the back for DPS. And service costs…crazy! Traded for Trailhunter and couldn’t be happier. Previously had Gen 1 & 3 4R & pickup (Hylux). Still have Ram 2500 and ā€˜01...

  16. TRD Pro on 35" Tires (Nitto Recon Grapplers) & Peak Suspension 1" lift

Looks fantastic! Really curious if you have any significant issues with rub off-road. I have a Trailhunter and I’m trying to decide between 295/70/18 and 285/70/18. I’m going with the Westcott Preload Kit and I know I can fit the 295’s, just concerned about significant rub when I’m articulating...
  17. Introductions & Welcome Thread šŸ‘‹

Hello! Picked up my Ice Cap Trailhunter last Friday and couldn’t be happier - substantial torque and technology is amazing. It’s a far cry from my first 4Runner, a 1G I had when I was stationed in Puerto Rico - although with the top off it was pretty fun running around the island and cruising...
