The speakers won’t blow. It is a line driver. It simply increases the output ofmthe head unit. It does a commendable job. The upgraded speakers would refine the bass which is weak link in the system. The woofers are too loose Imho. I am happy with the upgrade in sound quality.

Yep. Just put a 265/70/17 Rocky Mountain AT on a 2024 4Th gen Tacoma rim in there. I have cooper 265/70/17s so now the spare is the same size. Don’t understand the temp spare on an off road oriented vehicle regardless of the trim.

Like I am. However there are fewer fabricator taking on small one off jobs. SXTH does some good looking fabrication. Their fronts are beautiful and soft shackle friendly. But I like duals in the rear in the event I need them, which lately has been more than I thought.

There is only one mounting point if you are simply designing a replacement for the factory tie down. If you are designing a solution, I think drilling new bolt holes would be ok if it spread the force evenly across the rear frame. Jmho.

And the water that tracks up to the seals leaves a nice residue when it dries. I thought it would be more tight as well.

I have noticed this as well. Access to my fish camp is a mile of dirt trails and the dust accumulation is substantial. Just thought it was a 4runner thing.

Will these be a pair for drivers and passenger side? That would be nice.

Added the trd skid. Powder coated black. The standard white looked odd on the cutting edge package.

I installed it on the non JBL system and it is night and day. Best upgrade I have made.

TRD also has 6. Two can simply be loosened but the other 4 need to come out to slide the plate off. It is pretty simple, but helps to jack it up and use stands. The extra room makes it easier.
