Unfortunately since you don't have Tow Tech Package on your SR5, your 4Runner didn't come with a trailer brake controller harness. And there's no way to retroactive install the factory trailer brake controller harness (even dealers can't do it).
So the only options for installing a trailer...

You can fit 33" onto the stock 20" wheels on your 2025 4Runner TRD Sport Premium. Owners have fit up to 275/60/20 tires (33" inch) without rubbing - here's an example by @theo :

87139-0C010 is the non-carbon cabin air filter version
87139-30110 is the carbon cabin air filter version
