That would drive me nuts. Did they say it sounded the same when the panel was off or was the sound different. Because that sounds like interior material rubbing against each other. Could be from the frame of the door flexing and making the material rub like that???? .

Did the same, did you go with the 0 or 20 degree? I went with the 20, I get into tight spots off roading and felt they wouldn't brush up against trees as much. How long did yours take for them to make the sliders? I should have mine in another week or two.
