Had a 2022 (bought in 21), and had been planning on getting a 2026 or 2027 after the kinks were worked out. But with tariffs, and seeing the 25 was the one with the mud bath option, I started looking…and when one popped up available that wasn’t allocated, I snapped it up. Absolutely no regrets.
100%. It may be cheaper for them to move Taco production back to Japan from Mexico, but moving production lines isn't a small effort.
I suspect they ate them until they had certainty so they didn't ping/pong prices...and now they do. Watch for a lot of price hikes on a lot of imported stuff...
I’m getting RCI rock rails installed, but with the 5 degree cant and plates on top. Dual-function. I wouldn’t put regular running boards on, because they’re not strong enough to handle rocks, but need something because my wife is short, and definitely needs them.
So, anyone figure out how to turn off the interior lights around the cargo/tailgate area when the back is open? We like to sit on the bumper while we're doing night photography. I figure there must be something obvious and simple that we're missing, but darned if we aren't missing it.
So, the OEM all-weather are really nice material, but are basically flat, and I'm looking at options. The rough country floor mats are like hard plastic and way too slick. WeatherTech is working on back row ones (not out yet), so that's up in the air.
