  1. 0-60mph acceleration video & sounds: 2025 4Runner TRD Off-Road

I showed about 8 seconds 0-60. Not bad, I’d be curious to see if the iforce Max does a quicker time.
  2. TRD Sport Premium Interior Soft Touch Surfaces

Yes. My 2017 SR5 has it. I’m going to miss it honestly unless I’m willing to spring for a top trim that has it. I’m still trying to decide if it’s worth it or not.
  3. 18" TRD Wheels upgrade on TRD Off-Road Premium (on Falken Wildpeak A/T3WA tires) - Photos

This is another reason to wait a model year or two once they do a redesign. Toyota is notorious for holding back the ā€œcool stuffā€ until future model years. Give it another year or two and there will be new trim levels and all sorts of special editions and color choices.
  4. 18" TRD Wheels upgrade on TRD Off-Road Premium (on Falken Wildpeak A/T3WA tires) - Photos

I like them. I didn’t even know this was an option. I don’t mind the two tone look of the regular TRD OR wheels, they’re supposed to look like beadlock wheels like on the Bronco but typical Toyota, they didn’t finish the look so they look strange and incomplete. This option cleans up the look...
  5. Gulf States Toyota (GST) not releasing 2025 4Runners to dealers yet? [Update: vehicles have arrived now]

That is something I’ve considered. Luckily I have a local dealer that I trust. I’m working with the sales manager and he claims that they can work with me on what GST installs or doesn’t when they are assigned an allocation. My problem right now is deciding which trim I want. I was 100%...
  6. Mudbath TRD Pro - Anyone waiting for these to drop on lots instead of deposit with intent to purchase?

It’s always a bit of a gamble with the color of the year model TRD Pro’s honestly. I thought Terra looked absolutely gorgeous on the 5th gen last year, but I saw more than one just sitting on local dealer lots as late as September/October last year unspoken for. Obviously they eventually sold...
  7. TRD Pro vs Limited i-FORCE MAX

TRD Pro is probably overkill for what you’re going to use the vehicle for. If you don’t love every single aspect of the Pro (it doesn’t sound like you like the interior), save yourself some money and get the Limited. You will spend a lot more time on the inside looking at the interior than...
  8. 4Runners spotted at dealerships-not ordered.

Let’s just say MSRP or below without dealer markups. Dealer invoice deals can probably be had with non iforce max models and non TRD Pro/Trailhunters. Look at the current levels of inventory and discounts available on multiple trims of the Tacoma for what you can expect to see once the...
  9. 4Runners spotted at dealerships-not ordered.

Patience is key. TRD Jon even advised people to wait for about 6 months or so if they don’t absolutely have to be the first to get one. Early adopters of any new highly anticipated model always get gouged especially when itā€˜s a Toyota truck. I am on team wait because I already drive a 5th Gen...
  10. Factory OEM Tires on Delivery?

Agreed. My 5th Gen came with the Dunlops and they were fantastic tires all the way out to 60K before replacement, but I am in Texas so I don’t know how they’d perform in the Northern States in the winter.
  11. Heritage Blue TRD Sport Premium w/ Softex Black Interior 2025 4Runner 6th gen first look

Agreed. I’m not sure why they did that. When I first saw it I thought it was a mistake on a pre production model but I guess not. The good news is that it’s easily swappable in the after market. Toyota dealers can order you the fancy tail lights….for a price of course.
  12. Gulf States Toyota (GST) not releasing 2025 4Runners to dealers yet? [Update: vehicles have arrived now]

I’m not mad at all. I have a 5th Gen in that color combination, so good choice. It’s timeless and you won’t get tired of it after 3 years. I’m just hoping GST gets the predator steps and crossbars on every delivery out of their system before it’s time for me to buy.
  13. Heritage Blue TRD Sport Premium w/ Softex Black Interior 2025 4Runner 6th gen first look

Of course. GST already putting on predator steps and crossbars that nobody asked for. Why can’t we have a normal side step or no side step or crossbars like on the press vehicles. GST loves these predator steps and I’m convinced they’re the only ones who do. TFL was forced to take them on...
  14. First look: BLACK TRD Sport 2025 4Runner 6th gen

I think the Sport looks the best in Black honestly. It really plays off well with the Sport wheels on this model. If I was going for this trim, this would be my choice of color.
  15. Will the TRD Pro fit in your garage? Real world dimensions.

I’m more concerned with length than width. My 5th gen just barely fits in my standard 3 car garage from a length standpoint. I have two trash cans at the back of my garage that I park in front of. I’m guessing that if I want to park the 6th gen in my garage that I’m going to have to find a...
  16. First 2025 4Runner (TRD Off-Road Premium) goes offroading/crawling at Moab -- by TFL

I was really impressed that the stock 2.4 non hybrid did that well. I think for anyone that’s concerned about losing the V6, that they should be feeling a little better after watching that performance.
  17. POV Drive Video & Sounds of 2025 4Runner Off-Road Premium (on the road)

All the reviews have said that there isn’t any piped in engine noise on the 4Runner. The Tundra yes, but not this model.
  18. Why are you buying the 6th gen 4Runner / replacing your current vehicle?

I’m getting one for sure. I’m between the TRD OR Premium IForce Max and the Platinum. I’m waiting however to drive both trims and see which one will work better for me. I’m in no hurry to be the first and I figure by Summer there will be a healthy supply of these on most dealer lots.
  19. My 2025 TRD Sport (Cutting Edge) 4Runner delivered! Added: OEM Integrated dashcam video, Boulder interior pics, ceramic tint

There is a press embargo on driving impressions from Toyota until the 28th I believe. Toyota had the media drive event for the 4Runner out in San Diego last week, but the videos from that event are embargoed by Toyota until the 28th. I didn’t know if new owners were being told not to share any...
  20. HERITAGE BLUE Photos 4Runner 6th Gen (2025+)

That filter makes it look like a cross between Everest and Herritage Blue.
