No problems with Apple CarPlay disconnecting for me. I have to turn volume up allot more for CarPlay vs a regular station, I also had to turn the Fader to the front speakers because when on cement interstates the road noise is a little loud.

I would be careful to just say the air dam is only there for fuel savings. No one on this site or the internet knows they are just speculating. It could be there for brake cooling and to protect the ac condenser coils as far as we know.

Are you missing the second screw from the outside screw ? That is how mine felt when the second from the outside screw was missing after a drive to Florida
