No No problem! Wife and I only drive on the beach and occasionally a couple mountain roads so I didn't feel the need for the E load and the extra weight.

These are the +45 Trd upgrade wheels that came with it, I just added the Trd pro center caps. To answer your question, no rubbing at all.

Not at all, feels more like a 4Runner now. Front end is noticeably raised while driving, I love it.
