Your truck is very similar to mine. As for the mudflaps, if you`d like to keep them. Purchase the TRD Pro Version of them like I did. They are designed to fit flush with the front fender well ( unlike the regular ones) its to accomodate the +20 offset.

Yes, i`ve sold the wheels/ tires on craigslist with good success many times. Always keep the TPMS sensors , and sometimes the lug nuts . Stay away from aftermarket TPMS Sensors
I like it too ....It looks good on your sporty looking ride. On my lifted orp it didnt look so good so i removed it.

I`m looking at getting some +18 offset wheels with my current 275`s ...Are you haveing any rubbing at all on the front?
Are the rear tires tucking into the fender well under articulation?
Heres a 275 on +35 wheels. The tire gos in at a negative camber so it should be ok on the back , but im not sure if your front with +18 will hit the fender or not
