It's almost always cheaper to order online, I've had two different dealers steer me away from the parts counter and told me to just order it from their website instead to save money. Gresham Toyota does free shipping anywhere in the US too.
I have Everest and while I wouldn't say the paint is hard like my BMW, it's ten times better than the black was on my 22 Tacoma. A couple rock dings from being off road, but that will happen regardless. No scratches or swirls yet despite frequent washing, though I did put a slick spray coating...

Griots makes really good products that are cheap and easy to find. Their 3 in 1 ceramic spray is dead simple to apply and will last for 6+ months. Their leather spray works well too.

It seems to be really independent on the timing of the first two key fob presses here, definitely a little tricky to get the timing right. I also have to hold the last press for 7-10 seconds and not three seconds like the manual says.
Thereās no way to mute the rear cargo area warning beep, Iāve been trying for months. Still trying to find where the piezo is that emits noise back there (and the one up front as well), happy to rip that little thing out once I know where itās located. I think itās up under the rear bumper...
Part of me is thinking that maybe Toyota over sprung the 4Runner to be ready for people hauling and towing things. Had to help someone move this weekend and with a bunch of stuff in the back the ride quality reminded me a lot more of my 2022 Tacoma ORP.
