They rolled it down to the lower trims in 24, I almost bought one. They were rare AF.

I bet you're right about them carrying mudbath another year on the Pros like they did SO on the 22 and 23s.

but for 2025, solar octane was completely dropped from the tundra color choices.

so they will be rare now

typical is 200-300 without any changes, 500-600 for minor changes and 900-1600-2400 for mid cycle refresh depending on trim

some changes the end user will not notice or have a FIO/PIO code attached to them. they maybe inline production line changes or different/upgraded parts.

unless they are getting a hybrid, the price increase on the non hybrids is 1800 to 2200 vs the 2025 models. dealer doesnt need to provide an incentive.

You’ll see at least that much in depreciation for the model year difference. So it is definitely worth trying, especially in this market where new cars are not selling very well.
