I had one for my Pathfinder. They are horrible with customer service. I had problems with mine and ended up having my bank reverse the charges because they refused to remedy the problem, and also promised me a free kit for my 4Runner, which was never sent.

Unfortunately I also just put in the chargeback paperwork. You are right, terrible customer service.

What issues were you having? Dude I went back and forth with them for months and finally got tired of their BS.

My kit arrived several weeks late, it was missing the main frame piece so I couldn't even get past the first couple of steps, it may be missing more but that was the first I identified. 3 weeks later no missing piece and they have ignored my last two emails. It also looks like the kit when installed would cover up the air compressor which was not something I realized until reading a post above. Just seems like amateur hour over there and have no more patience to work this out.

I am pretty sure my situation would have gone similar to yours based on the few communications I have with them. I'd post pics of my kit but its just a pile of wooden bits laid out so they could verify the missing part(s).

I feel like I just dodged a bullet after reading a few of these responses regarding this company. I appreciate all the honesty. I'll be looking elsewhere.

Unfortunately theirs is the least expensive of all the systems out there, but their lack of attention to detail and poor customer service makes them hard to want to do business with. Make things right….
