We took the 4Runner on the first real trip over the holiday weekend. We did a major section of the Georgia Traverse starting at Burrells Ford and ending in Blue Ridge GA. Addition to that we took some side trails, our favorite being up to the top of Chestnut Mountain via Steel Knob trail. Unfortunately I didn’t get more picture or videos of the truck actually going over obstacles but it did great in all the sections. Put it in 4lo once and it climbed right over some pretty beefy ruts on a 20 degree incline. Used the stabilizer disconnect and 4hi plenty during the trip.
Went through the most popular trail, Charlie’s Creek, with no problem. The dogs have plenty of room in the back as well so that’s nice. Over all the trip was about 1000 miles and now I’ll probably need to do an oil change.
