A SL (standard load) load range is a passenger rated tire. It is fine for on road use, but off road you are taking big risks of getting a flat or having your sidewall torn. Join your fellow 4Runners in contacting BFGoodrich to make a KO3 tire sized LT265/70R18 load range C.

I’m no help other than to say it looks freaking amazing at least.

Wanting to revise this thread see how people are like the ride feel on their Sport after swapping to 18” tires. I test drove two ORP, 1 Hybrid, 1 gas over the weekend and was impressed with the ride quality in both. I then drove a Sport on different roads and it felt more jarring with the 20’s, but also had no idea where the tire pressures were set. It’s impossible to get a back to back comparison with completely different tire set ups and I’m contemplating switching to the OR. I currently have a Sport reserved and I prefer the color matched look over the black fenders. I will be swapping to 18” wheels on day 1. Others have mentioned the Sport tuned suspension, but yet having the same shocks as the SR5. Is there more to the spring weights, ect. between the 3 trims?

I have had the BF Goodrich A/T on my 2006 Ford F-150, 2012 Ford F-350, 2017 Jeep Wrangler and loved them all. I now have a 2025 Gen6 4Runner Sport Premium. Got the 20 inch rims and went with the Nitto Grapplers. It rides good, even better than the Wrangler.

Good info, thank you! My Sport is scheduled to reach port on 7/7 with NO port installed items.
