MCGRATH Toyota Elmhurst just received a shipment of about 30 wheels last week. Yesterday they had them in stock. I bought 4 online. $222.00 each.

That price with was without shipping or center caps, correct?

I couldn’t decide whether to wait (possibly a long wait) until what I wanted appeared on CL or Marketplace or just buy the wheels new from McGrath. Then I saw the price and that made up my mind. A big thanks to SuperSonic Red 4Runner for the details and pictures. I haven’t decided on tires yet. Any recommendations out there?

I just reached out. Never ordered rims before on the Internet. Don't mean to hijack ur post hopefully I'm not too picky but I think they're messed up.

I’m thinking that this is shipping damage. Were the wheels covered on top with a piece of foam? Mine had a piece on top and bottom of each wheel. The wheels came 2 in each box which makes the box pretty heavy to carry. It appears that the shipper might have damaged them. Let me know what McGrath does about this please.

3 out of 4 came damaged I kept one. I was sent return labels to return them back. I'm having replacement rims sent to me on Monday. They said they would package them better. It's hard to say but the weight of two rims per box is way to heavy. UPS driver caught on camera was tumbling the box to my door step. Mine had one foam on top and bottom. They need a lot more protection

I’m glad to hear that they are taking care of it. Good luck with UPS this next time.
When I got home my boxes (2) were on the front porch. I went to pick them up and carry them in to check for damage. No way I could pick them up. 2 per box was too heavy for this old man. I unpacked them and carried them in individually. Luckily th were in great condition. I might have been able to carry them 20 years ago. Now I am 67 years old. No way.
