Also a dealer will sometimes have the vehicle removed from the Toyota inventory website search results if they consider it to be sold for all practical purposes and or don't want to get calls about it from other potential buyers.

I can't confirm if my vehicle was removed from Toyota's website (it probably was), but my vehicle was still listed on the dealer's website until I drove it off the lot last night.

If it wasn't in the spreadsheet then it was removed from the Toyota's search inventory website as that is the only place the spreadsheet gets its data from. And yes, dealers may still show the vehicle on the dealer website in that case. Also some dealers don't use the Pre-Sold field and thus it shows False in that case.

edited: I'll update the readme.txt file to add statements about the above and about the dealer may having the vehicle removed from the Toyota search website results.

Got my new Limited 4wd today. The spreadsheet said is was due at the port on the 24th and when I looked yesterday morning it said it was at the dealership. Called them and they said it was coming in the afternoon so I took my 2021 SR5 in and got a good trade and picked up the new one around 4:30 yesterday.

Based on the dealer name in the picture , trim and color, and the spreadsheets, I'm guessing you got a pretty good discount

Yes I did. I've bought a lot of Toyota's from the dealership and they always treat me fairly.

My dealer just sent me the daily, and my Trailhunter has made it to Kansas City, where they will offload and put on a transport to Wichita. Does anyone have any idea how long that takes? Also, the spreadsheet has not been updated at all, still blanks on From and To date. Mine says Port to Dealer but I can't recall when/if that changed.

Note that the sheets are updated daily and the last run for the 4runner was on 6/28/2026 at 9pm CDT. The next run will be on 6/29 at 9pm CDT so hopefully the dates will show up when it is uploaded to the google drive by 6/30/2026 6AM CDT then but it's any ones guess if it will have the blanks filled in now as this is what the Toyota Search Inventory website is returning. You can use that website to get the lasted info on that car at the time you do the query. Note that if the car is considered sold and the website does not return that car then it will show up in the .... Sold spreadsheet but the info will no longer be updated as the inventory is only gotten from that Inventory search website.

"Shipping Status" - "Factory to port" - Allocated, or in production, or on the ship, or sitting at the port
"Port to dealer" - Checked in at the port and in the process of moving from the port to the dealership lot.
Usually From and To Date will now appear.
"At dealer" - The car is at the dealer
The above "Shipping Status" defintions were copied and pasted from another developers spreadsheet

I got a call yesterday that my Trailhunter, which had been in inspection since 03/02/26, will be at the dealer in 1 to 6 days. I'll check the spreadsheet later, but as of yesterday, my two dates were still blank! Finally!!

Looks like I am about 2-3 weeks from delivery. Mine has been "Port to Dealer" for a few days.

Looks like it moved to the Sold spreadsheet on 7/3 at 9pm CDT. Delivery dates changed on 7/2 9pm CDT as follows (right before it disappeared from inventory the next day and moved to the sold spreadsheet)
eta.currFromDate :: None --> 2026-07-03 || eta.currToDate :: None --> 2026-07-08 ||

Note that the spreadsheets aren't all uploaded to the google drive until approx 6am CDT, so you won't see changes until then.
Also once on the Sold spreadsheet the entry will not change as it no longer appears on the Toyota Search Inventory website and that is the only place data is obtained from

Yeah, I was curious, and you had that one post where you showed the VIN from the dealer screen shot, so thought I'd look it up to see if had moved to the Sold sheet or something.
