Need help confirming if hardware is missing!

While giving the motor of my SR5 a wipe down, I noticed multiple pieces of loose hardware that hold the heat shield to the firewall behind the motor.. looks to me like I’m also completely missing a nut as there is just a stud poking through a hole.. Can yall confirm on your 4Runners if I’m missing hardware? Video with location attached.
