Ok, I've been looking but skeptical about the fit. I want some that are actually going to fit and look at least close to factory (seems like most them aren't 100% perfect) and not look like the threw some straps on some material and say "here's your new custom fit seat covers" ?

Katzkin makes them and from photos I've seen they look great.. Local shop supplies these and they quoted me $1,800 for the brown leather with front seat heaters.
The Coverlands are $250 for fronts and 2nd row. I have a set of fronts on a different vehicle. They were stupid easy to install and are pretty comfortable. The only sloppy fit is the headrest front-a little air pocket there. I’ll be curious how the second row fitment turns out.

Yes second row fitment will be the key, I have some for my Silverado (can't remember brand) and the back seat covers don't fit all that great, functional?, Yes, but fitment is not good. I emailed stablela store, their covers look of good quality, but they said the rear seat cover would cover the armrest and wouldn't be able to use it, that's probably a deal breaker for me. I'm waiting for a confirmation from them to see if that's the case.
Just picked up a new TRD Off Road Premium and would like to put some lightweight seat covers on the driver's and passenger's seats. Any recommendation on something that won't negate the ventilated seat function?

The Tacoma guys have installed and been happy with EKR leather seat covers. I don't see the 4Runner on their site yet but for a preview here's a look at their Tacoma options

I had the EKR covers on my 4th gen Tacoma. Installation is a real pain in the ass but the results were great. I got them on sale on amazon for like $230 which was worth every penny. Once they release covers for the 4Runner I’ll get them again.
