TRD Pro front end / bumper conversion (on Sport Premium)?

Hi all:
Quick question and I hope there’s a quick answer!
I have a ‘25 Sport Premium and would LOVE to make the front end look just like the TRD Pro model….what exactly do I need to do/purchase/etc besides take off my ugly air dam? LOL
The front end of the TRD Pro looks SO clean and tight (skid plate, etc) I was hoping to tweak my Sport Premium to get the same look. Thx!

If you want to add the viper cut bumper they sell (which is what the TRD pro has), that alone is 2.5K. The headlights are around 1.5-2k, and putting the heritage grill with light bar is probably another 1k. Skid plate goes for 500, so it would be a total of around 5.5-6k if I would guess

You can get 90% of the look by taking the air dam off and installing just the upper grill portion. Which is under $200 direct from Toyota. By far the cheapest route.

If you want the lower grill, now you'll have to find a light bar and a light bar mount, then wire up that light bar. Not a tall hill to climb, but will likely triple the cost by the time you're done. You'll also have to relocate your front camera (Pro and Trailhunter have the camera at the top and all the rest have them in the bottom grill) and let the truck know that it's moved.

If you want the headlights, the best I've seen anybody on the forum get is about $1,600 for those.
