Unless you removed them before taking these pictures, you don't have mud flaps installed, which is what the OP was rubbing on.

Well duh, you are correct ours didn't come with mudflaps so that makes perfect sense. I did have them on my Tacoma that these wheels/tires came from that I no longer have so that's where my confusion came from.
