This is what the Kuat NV 2.0 looks like from the rear. Ideas to make license plate more visible?

This is the Kuat NV 2.0. I'm thinking I'll need a solution to make sure the plates are more visual in the future. Any ideas?

Every vehicle i have had a bike rack on covers it up to some extent. I have the same set up and the extra 2 bike attachment sometimes. I have never gave it a second thought. Get a second plate put in window.
