Are u guys kidding me? U people have the audacity to list your number, customer services email and so on but u people at the same time do not even have the audacity to pick up that phone, answering that email and text in a timely manner for that matter. Yes I’m one of your victim and only because I didn’t see other consumers warned me about your business. I’m still fighting for my system to be replace along with all missing parts. Didn’t you guys have the same business practices and behaviors go back year in and out? This is a generic response from u people and it is an INSULT to all members of this forum. Look at this damage of the sleeping flat form and missing parts. There are supposed to be 6 small posts and 2 long posts. There are damage on the join junction on both side of the sleeping flat form LEFT and RIGHT. And yes I send email to your people since 04/04 as soon as I inspected the package. After 3 months of waiting for the entire system and here where we are. NOT one single goal had been achieve.
