SXTH Element air intake

I’m very interested in the sixth element air intake, but I’m afraid that if the dealership sees it for service, they might get all weird, and say that the car is modified. Technically it’s probably 49 state legal I live in California so I’m sure it’ll be illegal so I would have to put the stock airbox back in for emissions testing.

also been interested in this and wondering how it would affect the dealerhsip and warranty etc. I do enjoy the sounds from what i've heard in various videos. I have a TRD Pro and i'm wondering if much like subaru's there is some sort of baffle or noise canceler that subdues the sounds from the turbo. Even with windows down on the Pro there's not much report from the turbo.

Dealers dont care about mods. The only way to void warranty is if toyota proves whatever part is the cause of the issue you're reporting.

I have the TRD Pro Cold Air Intake that came with my Pro. I’m thinking changing to the one posted above.
