"Settings Loaded" when go into Park

I've noticed that I get a message on the main screen saying something like "Settings successfully loaded" when I shift into Park... typically at the end of using the car... Is this normal? Why is it noting this at the end of using the car??

Perhaps related: I'm not sure my personal settings are working (storing things like seat position). Maybe this is related?

Normal. I suspect it does not want to fiddle with changing settings while you are actually driving in case that affects something safety-wise. I assume it is saving things such as seat settings and such but I certainly do not know for sure. When I leave home I have to stop to open my gate anyway (manual gate) so it has time to do it then.
