RCI lead times, been waiting over a month and a half

First time ordering anything like this, got a roof rack from RCI during Memorial Day sale. Mid august still waiting no updates. Website says 3-4 weeks. Kinda crazy the process is to take full payment up front instead of closer to delivery.

Is this normal or am I being picky.

I’ve been dealing with the same issue. Ordered some rock sliders and have had to send three emails to find out where they are. They keep telling me there’s a production issue or some sort of hardware issue but they are finally arriving today via FedEx.

After waiting 6 weeks for my Ranger transmission skid plate to ship, which was marked as in stock, I cancelled my order. I don't tolerate bait-and-switch tactics.
