Platinum with Cooper Discoverer AT 275x60/20s

[Rat]

Finally got around to changing out my tires to Cooper Discoverers. I went in with the intention to buy Bridgestone Ascents but was talked out of them by the sales advisor who recommended the Coopers. Anybody using USAA might have seen the add lately from Goodyear for 30% off for being with USAA. I picked these up out the door for $1,045.83 installed.

Few pics for reference, she is dirty, don’t judge me!

USAA sucks ass for the past 10 years as a bank & insurance. I've been with them for 20 years as an AD member. Anyways, that's a story for another topic.

Cooper Discoverer AT Road & Trail is not bad but I had a few slip on ice in parking lot &at low speed. I got them thru Sam's Club for $1k OTD w/ installed on my stock 20" during earlier this year. Since then, I changed out to Falken Wildpeaks AT4W & they have been exceptional.

Here's, some pics of them on my stock 20"

Thank you for the feedback, I used your previous review as a reference.

Our winters here can be a little dicey but the road surfaces are the real problem, WV is not the best at keeping up with road maintenance.

Time will tell how they are, thinking I might need some TRD mud flaps though.

Another pic after a bath.

I've been a member of USAA for almost forty years and have a love hate relationship with them. Sometimes they're great and treat you right and other times you wonder why you waste your time with them. I've learned to shop around on lots of things banking and insurance too.
