ontario, Canada... ordering, allocation and delivery process

hi, any experiences or in depth process information on how exactly the allocation after ordering is done for Canadian bound 4runner. also how does further process goes when allocation is done till the vehicle comes at dealership. the process is not same as US, i am aware of.
