I have the same glovebox shelf, and, because of the stuff I throw in there (or rather, my wife), the contents like to move around which is annoying. I recently applied some anti-slip pads and it's helped a bunch

Can you share where you got the pads? My glovebox divider rattles and I have to constantly open it up and push them back - so annoying

I got this cheap "value pack" from Walmart while shopping one day to apply for furniture. Cut up the larger pads in this pack to fit inside the glove box and the shelf. Scotch/3M also makes some, it's all the same stuff and works well
