New Carista EVO owner — how does the first-time subscription trial work?

Hi everyone,

I just picked up a Carista EVO and I’m trying to unlock some customisation features on my car. When I go to enable them in the app it asks for a subscription, but I vaguely remember someone here saying there used to be a 1-month trial included with the first purchase. Does that still apply? If so, how does it work do I need to sign up and enter payment details and then cancel within 30 days or is it activated automatically somehow?

yes, pay for it via credit card, it all works immediately

cancel before 30 days you only pay that one month

Pay for 1-month subscription via their website, it's $15. Enable the functions you want then cancel the subscription within the month. Your modifications are permanent for multiple cars. You don't need to keep using the app afterwards.

Did you just buy the scanner for $35, or the bundle for $67? How much extra does it want for the subscription per month?

I payed in Canadian Dollars but I’m pretty sure is the $35 one
